Kevin grew up in Lake Oswego, Oregon, graduating from Lakeridge High School and went on to graduate from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine with a degree in Political Science. After college, he moved back to the Northwest to work in management for Nordstrom. While employed there, he bought his first home and caught the real estate bug.

The love of negotiating a deal, an appreciation for the tangible nature of real estate, and the opportunities that existed in the region led him to pursue a full-time real estate career in 1991.  Kevin formed a real estate investment firm focused on buying, rehabbing, selling, and holding numerous homes and apartment buildings on the Eastside and in Seattle that continues today.

With investment success and a passion for real estate, Kevin set out to help others realize the benefits of real estate.  After receiving his Broker’s license, Kevin joined a local commercial firm and spent the next few years focused on helping investors buy, sell, and manage apartment buildings.

In 1998, Kevin launched his apartment-finding service, Apartment Insider, under his real estate brokerage Northwest Property Group. The service targeted corporations searching for housing for their newly hired employees, as well as time-pressed renters needing someone do the legwork for them.  This service thrives today and is the market leader under our division, Seattle Rental Group.

Emma Davis (formerly Underwood) is the Chief Executive Officer at Pointe3 Real Estate LLC.  Shortly after graduating from the University of Washington in 2001, Emma met Kevin Tisdel when she joined his rental relocation branch. Since then, she has played a vital role in helping shape the growth of Pointe3’s suite of innovative, service-oriented companies: SeattleRentals.com, Seattle Rental Group, and Pointe3 Real Estate.

Emma served on the Board of Directors for the Washington MultiFamily Housing Association as the Vice President of Suppliers, where she crafted and launched some of the most popular events in Washington’s rental industry.

Ashley J. Hayes (Michael) is one of Seattle’s leading real estate professionals, known as “UrbanAsh” for her exceptional knowledge and experience in living and investing within the city of Seattle. Ashley is currently the Managing Broker (Washington State) and Principal Broker (Oregon State) of a talented team of agents at Pointe3 Real Estate, as well as a Leasing Specialist and Chief Operating Officer at Seattle Rental Group. She has recently expanded her areas of service for clients looking to purchase or sell in Arizona, where she has joined a like-minded and hyperlocal team, The Brokery, and coined herself “DesertAsh.”

Jose has lived in Washington for the past 20 years, attending Liberty High School in Renton and Bellevue College. His major in Communication and natural interpersonal skills led him to a career path in the world of REITs and apartment management, where he worked on lease-ups for a major local management firm and, eventually, as a relocation specialist with Apartment Finders.

With an unmatched knowledge of the Puget Sound rental market, Jose is one of the local experts that many of Pointe3’s clients have relied upon when moving to our region. He managed and trained Pointe3’s apartment finding team and motivated them to provide the best possible service to their clients. His innate ability to think outside the box while coming up with creative solutions allows him to see unique paths for growth that help drive Pointe3 forward.

Sarah is a true Puget Sound native, having lived her entire life in Seattle. She attended Ballard High School and Seattle University – and while she was at Seattle U, Sarah spent a summer interning with Pointe3. Her coworkers immediately loved her warm sincerity, excellent organization skills, and incredible work ethic, and after graduation Sarah joined the Pointe3 team full time.

Sarah is a licensed Broker who also helps drive the operational side of Pointe3 forward, troubleshooting problems and creating efficiencies. The skills she learned as a Business major allow her to understand the company’s ‘big picture’ and goals in a unique way, and set the foundation for her approach to her role.

During her college career, she also worked as an Academic Coach for students with learning disabilities as well as a New Student Mentor for incoming students. The empathy and problem-solving skills she obtained in these roles teamed with her curious and compassionate nature help her seek out creative solutions to Pointe3’s needs.

Kim Reidy moved to Seattle in the fall of 1999 from Harrisburg, PA. She started working in the restaurant industry and quickly grew into management roles there, obtaining her first level sommelier certificate and leading teams in fast-paced customer service environments.

Kim was drawn to the real estate industry in the summer of 2010 when she joined Pointe3 Real Estate and Seattle Rental Group as a Relocation Agent. She grew into a top leadership role within the company and was promoted to Director of Relocation, where she runs the rental finding arm of the business and oversees the entire relocation team. Kim is responsible for the daily coordination of dozens of major corporations, top relocation firms, and relocating clients. She also is a Senior Broker, mentoring new real estate agents at Pointe3 to help them with transaction compliance and with winning deals for their own clients.

Kim has a true passion for introducing new Seattleites to the area and helping them find their first local home. She has dedicated her career to the local real estate market and is devoted to matching prospective buyers with not only the perfect home, but the perfect neighborhood. Joe is well qualified in listing and selling real estate, leasing, land development, construction, relocation services, and mortgage lending. Brenden joined Pointe3 after relocating back to the Seattle area. Eric Emry joined the Pointe3 Team with a passion for real estate and serving our PNW communities. As the son of a contractor, Eric was immersed in the business of real estate at a young age. Both of his parents bought, sold, built and managed several residential and commercial properties. He would rattle off the square footage, number of beds and baths, etc. He would go to the showings with his mom and help his dad with yard clean up or freshening up a unit for the next tenant.

Zayna Gaxiola is the brains behind Pointe3 and Seattle Rental Group’s social media and marketing materials.

She handles the public presence for Pointe3 by managing the company’s social accounts and designing materials for the brand.

Emma Odah started her journey in real estate at the tail end of 2020. The pandemic gave her pause to think through her career choices, and ultimately landed her with a real estate license.

She has lived in Seattle for the past 30-years, spending her childhood in Magnolia, attending University of Washington achieving degrees in both Chemistry and Biochemistry, and then settling in Belltown as a condo owner at The Grandview.

She has served as a board member for the past 4 years, and enjoys serving her condo community by contributing valuable input and providing careful oversight to the objectives at hand.

For nearly her entire life Michelle Rafferty has lived in the Puget Sound region, finally settling in Lake Stevens where she resides now with her family. Brittany Siva handles marketing and design for the UrbanAsh Team. She grew up in the Seattle area with parents in construction and real estate development, thus sparking her interest in the real estate industry at an early age. She now resides in the Pike Place Market neighborhood.

Prior to joining, Brittany worked as a letterer and graphic designer. In 2013 she began creating both personal design projects and commissioned work for clients. Shortly thereafter, she launched her online store featuring her art print collections.

Travis Anderson is a true born and bred Pacific Northwest resident, having grown up in the Central District neighborhood of Seattle and attended Roosevelt High School and Shoreline Community College. A true Pacific Northwest local, Margarita Hardy was born in Seattle and has lived throughout our region, including Kirkland, Everett, Federal Way, Roseburg Oregon, and Medford Oregon.

Margarita graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Law, Societies, and Justice. She honed her negotiation skills as a litigation paralegal working towards settlements with insurers on behalf of clients who had been catastrophically injured.

When Margarita and her husband converted their first home into a rental property, a passion for real estate bloomed inside of her. The pair launched a remodeling business focused on bathrooms, kitchens, and basements, and Margarita pursued her real estate license.

As an Arizona native, Christa Jayne – aka DesertCJ – grew up between Scottsdale, North Phoenix and Fountain Hills. Some of her earliest memories include exploring the untouched desert north of Rio Verde, camping at the base of the Grand Canyon and hiking the many mountainous trails around the Valley. Needless to say, she appreciates the desert lifestyle and all it has to offer. 

Christa also has ties to the Pacific Northwest, dating back to high school when she visited Bellingham, Washington for a water sports camp. She fell in love with the contrasting environment of the PNW and decided to attend Seattle Pacific University. After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Christa stayed in Seattle where she lived in the city’s Queen Anne neighborhood for nearly twenty years. While there she practiced real estate, became a top seller for the national furniture brand Design Within Reach, worked on the business operations side of the fashion industry and was an Executive Assistant to some of the top names in the technology sector.

Katie Thoresen is a true Pacific Northwest native who was born and raised in Issaquah. After pursuing her education at Central Washington University, she decided to make Snoqualmie Ridge her home.
